Description:
The Technical Training Specialist role at Seminole County is all about enhancing the County staff's ability to work with technology, whether it's existing tools or new implementations. You'll be in charge of developing and delivering technical training programs, ensuring everyone is up to speed on the latest tech.
Essential Functions:
Your job will involve collaborating with different teams to identify training needs, developing learning solutions, and continuously improving our training programs. Additionally, you'll be conducting special projects, speaking in public, and evaluating training processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Public or Business Administration, or related field. Three years of technology training or instructional experience required.
Additional Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of personal computers, operating systems, and technology training is a plus. You must be able to work independently, analyze data, and recommend improvements in training programs. A valid Florida Driver's License is necessary.
