- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in trauma field
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position
- Knowledge of the 12-Step recovery process
- Prior experience in leading group and experiential therapy sessions
- Preferably experienced in adult residential treatment settings
- Proficiency in various trauma treatment modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and Experiential therapy
- Offer high-quality, client-focused support and service
- Establish a robust therapeutic relationship with clients
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively
- Communicate regularly with relevant individuals involved in client care
- Lead therapy groups, individual, and family sessions as well as program activities
- Maintain composure and apply de-escalation techniques during crisis situations
- Update referral sources on client progress and continuing care
- Act as the central contact for after-hours and weekend incidents
- Demonstrate a commitment to organizational health and foster positive relationships with clients and team members
