How you will positively impact patient lives at Rehab America:

The Staff Speech-Language Pathologist assesses and treats patients needing swallowing or speech-language intervention, acting as a resource to program staff and the facility. They participate in the facility's program under direct supervision of the Regional Administrator. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech-Language Pathology assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans after the assessment phase
• Engaging in patient care and family conferences as scheduled
• Contributing to program development and implementation

Qualifications/Licensure:

• Proficient in theory and treatment techniques of Speech-Language Pathology
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• Current CPR Certification
• Current State of Tennessee Driver's license
• Current Auto liability Insurance per Company Policy
• CFY Position: Require CFY Supervisor within the company. Must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university. Additionally, must meet specific requirements for certification.
