Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
He/she will maintain and manage our database to ensure accurate constituent records, process gifts, and reconcile with the Business Office
Function as primary database administrator and manage all aspects of the Raiser's Edge including, but not limited to, gift processing, event registration processing, data entry, creating queries, exports, reports and dashboards, as well as list management for events
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and accounting of gifts for the department.
Reconcile gifts between the Advancement and Finance Offices to ensure accurate and comprehensive data flow between the departments
Coordinate the timely preparation, submission and recording of all acknowledgment letters and gift receipts
Contribute to and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the integrity of all donor data in Raiser's Edge and other data support systems for constituents and donors
Maintain constituent records to include updated contact information, address research, death notices, lost alumni, business, relationship data, and donor related documents with utmost integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy
Import, create and link records for new families and students, including year to year conversion of constituent codes (i.e Student to Alumni0
Coordinate with external offices (i.e. Athletics and Admissions) to collect data to reflect back into Raiser's Edge
Produce daily, weekly, monthly financial reports and requested documentation during yearly audits
Produce lists for various publications including the Annual Report, Mount Monthly, Class Notes, as well as fundraising appeals, alumni outreach, etc.
Assist Advancement staff with preparation and support for events (i.e., Golf Outing, Reunions, Legends Dinner, Hall of Fame) by maintaining guest lists, coordinating communications, managing social media, etc.
Collaborate with the Advancement team on the planning and execution of both large and small events including site selection, contract negotiation, menu selection, design of invitation, RSVPs, list management, onsite staffing, transportation and follow-up
Provides ongoing support including drafting of event communications, organizing data, files, and materials, compiling information, preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, and responding to requests for assistance
Performs other duties as assigned
Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
