Your tasks:
You will keep track of ongoing orders from creating offers to delivery to the customer.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers for any inquiries regarding offers, invoices, or delivery dates.

You will support our field sales representatives in the back office with various administrative tasks. You will order machines from our suppliers and maintain them in our merchandise management system. You will support sales activities such as trade fair preparation or newsletter distribution.

Your profile:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade merchants or industrial clerks). You enjoy customer contact via phone and email. You are proficient in
