Qualifications:

Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accept or reject work accomplished for all items generated on the inspection forms.
Responsible for the surveillance of all work in progress.
Assures that all work inspected is in accordance with current FAA approved technical data.
Adheres to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company's Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM).
Service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.
Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components, assemble, and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components, and accessories using hand tools and power tools.
Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges and test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.
Assure that all routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and properly signed off.
Verify calibrated tooling used is current.
