Your responsibilities

  • The position in the area of controlling at HZD offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to efficiency improvement in a dynamic organization. You will coordinate the creation of economic plans, budget control, and reporting in close collaboration with other departments. Your work will make a significant contribution to the collection and analysis of financially relevant key figures and provide a reliable basis for decisionmaking processes in shaping a futureoriented digitalization of the Hessian state administration.
Our requirements

  • You have a relevant university degree in business administration or a comparable field of study, or you possess equivalent relevant skills and experience.
  • You have knowledge and experience in doubleentry bookkeeping and cost and performance accounting in the SAP environment (SAP modules FI and CO).
  • You have experience in reporting, key figure systems, and creating variance analyses.
  • You have knowledge of the organizational structure and processes in public administration, as well as the principles of administrative action.
  • You have strong analytical skills.
