Job Overview:
Duties:
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Take and develop dental Xrays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
- Proficiency in X-Rays
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Ability to set up and assist with various dental procedures
- Be compassionate
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Ozone Park, NY required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Ozone Park, NY 11417: Relocate before starting work (required)
