Our WW Operations network is responsible for delivering millions of packages and bringing smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are seeking individuals who are motivated and customer-focused to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workers and ensure that they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance during their shifts. You will also play a crucial role in meeting our customer expectations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Our Operations workflow consists of three main components: First mile - where products are stored and prepared for orders; Middle mile - where orders are transported to your area; and Last mile - when products are delivered to the customer's doorstep. Please note that while there may be slight variations in building layouts, our commitment to our customers remains constant.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
