    **Regional Transportation Coordinator**

    About the role :

    We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Regional Transportation Coordinator to join our delivery team on a full-time basis. This role will report to the Director of Delivery and will coordinate seamless delivery across all of our transportation partners while meeting customers needs. The candidate will also work in tandem with the warehouse in the day-to-day shipping operations.

    As the Transportation Coordinator, youve got to :

    Work closely with carriers in designated region to ensure on-time delivery

    Troubleshoot and escalate delivery issues as they arise

    Partner with our Customer Experience team to resolve issues in a timely manner

    Send shipment data to final mile carriers for delivery scheduling

    Track and analyze carrier performance

    Assist team in planning weekly truckloads to new territories

    Work closely with our Warehouse Manager to maximize truckload capacity

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Additional information about the role :

    The schedule for this role during off-season (October February) is standard business hours Monday through Friday. During our peak season (March September), weekend and evening hours may be required.
