Interim Deputy Head of Ward (m/f/d):
Full-time, temporary


Responsibilities

  • Taking on nursing responsibility for a group of patients and carrying out nursing tasks in accordance with the nursing standard
  • Delegating nursing responsibility to health and nursing staff
  • Staff deployment planning (shift and vacation planning) and trainees
  • Conducting and monitoring nursing documentation
  • Coordinating all tasks on the ward
  • Carrying out administrative tasks
  • Introducing new employees and trainees
  • Participating in employee evaluations and assessing the qualifications of ward staff

Qualifications

  • Health and nursing exam
  • Completed further training for nursing leadership positions is desirable, but not a requirement
