    The Technical Architect (Salesforce focused) plays a vital role in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting primarily of proprietary Salesforce-based software. The Technical Architect will be responsible for devising effective solutions for the enterprise application end to end, designing and building legal industry-specific solutions within Salesforce. As a Technical Architect, you will a deep product expert with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud applications and work closely with partners to ensure client and stakeholder success, while maintaining an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem.

    This is an exempt, fully remote position that supports the firm as a whole and reports to our Santa Monica headquarters; in-office presence is not required but applicants must be able to work according to Pacific Time Zone hours.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate and lead both functional and technical meetings, demonstrating leadership in the design, delivery, testing, and deployment phases
    • Utilize expertise in various areas such as User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, Lightning Web Components, and other modern UI techniques
    • Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to shape the architectural vision and establish a roadmap for program architecture
    • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, while negotiating solutions to complex problems with both internal and third-party stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance to stakeholders, partners, and implementation teams on strategies to execute digital transformation within the Salesforce platform
    • Establish trust with leadership, promoting and/or implementing best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to architect technology solutions that align with client requirements
    • Proactively identify and address risk areas within these solutions, ensuring thorough resolution of any issues.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in developing technology solutions
    • 3+ years of experience in technical architecture
    • 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft, API Integration
    • Expertise in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
    • Experience with Amazon Textract or Google Vision OCR highly preferred
    • Integration Architecture
    • Platform Security
    • Identity and Access Management / Integration Security
    • Data Architecture and Management
    • Apex Design Patterns
    • Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
    • Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)
    • OmniStudio Developer/Consultant.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
