Duties & Responsibilities

Perform scheduled service work and maintenance as required.
Respond to emergency breakdown situations.
Work with Systems Engineers to provide installation and support/monitoring of new systems
Efficiently troubleshoot issues
Provide training to customers onsite
Provide phone support while not on the road
Actively promote service and parts sales with customers
May be required to provide Project Management oversight during larger installations.
Provide assembly assistance during system builds at the customer's site throughout the USA
Perform work in an efficient manner and provide records of work completed.

Qualifications & Experience

College or university degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent
5+ years' experience in industrial automation
Millwright certification or experience preferred.
Robotic programming and troubleshooting experience. ABB preference.
PLC, and HMI programming experience with AB, Siemens, and Beckhoff platforms.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
Homebased position, therefore the individual will require solid selfmanagement skills
Motivated selfstarter
Typing skills, Microsoft Office and some knowledge of MRP System necessary
Strong communication skills; excellent remote communication abilities
