    COME WORK AT THE BEACH join our team......Diebo's Restaurant is currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our AMAZING team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
    • Oversee the daily operations: reservations, equipment details
    • Assist with restaurant inventory
    • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
    • Budget requirements
    • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
    • Train and manage kitchen personnel
    • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail

    Our restaurant is fast paced and full of energy, we have a beautiful outdoor European court yard where we serve approximately guest per night, in season.
    Our MARKET is located across the street from our Restaurant and features house made fresh pasta station, homemade (made daily ) ice cream and gelato that we source to our restaurants, house made wood fired pizza chef inspired of course and last but nout least a BAKERY AMAZING
