Job Summary:


Midwest Fastener Corp is seeking an entry level IT Help Desk Support Technician to perform user support, maintenance, and installation of the company technology systems.


Responsibilities:


Essential Job Functions:


  • Researches, evaluates, installs, configures, and troubleshoots all hardware.
  • Defines and takes proactive steps necessary to limit problems and minimize or eliminate system downtime.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent and/or combination of related experience.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment; courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and problemsolving skills.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
