Job Summary:
Midwest Fastener Corp is seeking an entry level IT Help Desk Support Technician to perform user support, maintenance, and installation of the company technology systems.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
- Researches, evaluates, installs, configures, and troubleshoots all hardware.
- Defines and takes proactive steps necessary to limit problems and minimize or eliminate system downtime.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent and/or combination of related experience.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment; courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and problemsolving skills.
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
