• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lift systems if necessary
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

'''Requirements''':

• Previous experience in home care or assisted living preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices if needed
• Familiarity with resident rights and ensuring their dignity and independence are respected
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
