- Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and launch.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Team Coordination: Lead a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, research scientists, and external development partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the application meets quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and software development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards, including 21 CFR , ISO , and EU MDR. Facilitate the adoption of updated QMS practices and maintain DHF documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years managing cloud migration or software transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Windows-based application architecture and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
