    Description
    We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our U.Mid-Market account executive team. This person will have extensive sales experience and proven CIO level interaction. You will be responsible for growing, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team of 5-8 individuals within the U.S. to drive revenue growth, expand our partner base, and achieve sales quotas. EMEA, APAC, and other regions.

    Sales Director Mid-Market US
    Hybrid remote and based in Boston, US
    Support, motivate, and manage your team as you generate new sales opportunities with companies under $600 million in annual revenue and win business while consistently reaching quotas and targets
    Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face as they take advantage of the full blend of Cloud Services and discover solutions for their business
    Communicate the LeanIX sales vision, business plans, and organizational updates to your team
    Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts
    7-10 years of direct sales experience as a Senior Territory or Senior Account Executive and/or appropriate tenure as a Sale Leader, specifically with SaaS products
    ~ Deep understanding of the Cloud Ecosystem, with specific knowledge of at least one of the following: AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud
    ~ Familiarity with DevOps methodologies preferable
    ~ Experience selling to CTO Organizations including Operations and Engineering
    ~ Specific Skills:
    MS Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), MEDDIC
