Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Coordinator to join our team.

As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of educational programs and activities.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the education department, including curriculum development, program implementation, and student support.

Duties:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events
• Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and instructors to ensure effective program delivery
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and performance
• Assist with recruitment and enrollment efforts
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in education

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of educators
• Public speaking skills to present information to groups of varying sizes
• Multilingual proficiency is an asset
