    Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Pilot, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing recruiting systems and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. Partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of various hiring tools, systems, and processes, while managing vendor relationships and third-party recruiters. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth by participating in strategic planning meetings, improving recruiting presence through social media and external communication channels, and continuously refining recruiting strategies.

    • Manage relationships with third-party recruiters, job boards, career sites, and marketing/branding agencies supporting talent acquisition.
    • Support hiring campaigns, including developing timelines and briefs, managing resources and stakeholders, and tracking progress.
    • Foster strong partnerships within the talent team and cross-functional teams through ongoing education and understanding of business trends and hiring challenges.
    • Partner with the HR Technology team to optimize and maintain Pilots recruiting systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve existing recruiting strategies; recommend and implement new tools and processes in collaboration with leadership.
    • Collaborate on editorial and content calendars for career sites, blogs, and social media channels.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and brand partners to enhance our recruiting presence through social media, career site, and other external channels.
    • Create reports to track, analyze, and interpret key recruiting performance metrics.
    • Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
    • Champion Pilot's company culture by ensuring all activities comply with company policies and promote a positive experience for candidates and team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of recruiting systems and technology (e.g., ATS).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with social media platforms and content creation (a plus).
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards).
    • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
