    General Dentist Associate Partner in Knoxville, Tennessee:

    A Premier Private Practice Dental Office serving patients in the greater Knoxville area is looking for a motivated Dentist to join their team, with an immediate path to partnership. This office has grown exponentially due to patient demand and values honesty, patient experience, and the work ethic of its team. The owning doctor operates with an emphasis on treating patients as they would their family – with a conservative approach to treatment and emphasis on work ethic and quality dentistry.

    This is an extremely lucrative opportunity for someone who has an interest in practice ownership, offering them an expedited path to purchase equity. There is a plan laid out to ensure this doctor has a path to immediate success, a full schedule, and an opportunity for extremely high financial and professional fulfillment.

    The ideal candidate needs to have an active dental license, a compassionate chairside manner, and a team-first mentality. Patients are only referred out when required treatment is not within the expertise of our practicing dentists and hygienists. The owner and well-trained staff are committed to helping the newly hired doctor gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. Compensation will be a percentage of collections with an ownership equity distribution. Minimum first-year compensation is expected to be over $300,000 (previous Associates have made up to $450,000 working 4 days per week), with a more realistic compensation of up to $500,000 if the associate can produce over $800k+ in annual production.

    This opportunity requires:

    • Ability to produce at least $1,000,000 in annual production
    • Doctorate in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
    • Proficiency in bread-and-butter general dentistry, as well as cosmetic dentistry
    • Highly motivated and desire to be a top producer amongst peers
    • Interest in practice ownership
