- Driving consistent revenue growth through successful renewals and upselling within your assigned enterprise accounts.
- Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders at major banks, payment companies, and fintechs.
- Ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding for new enterprise clients onto our platform.
- Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase market share.
- Becoming a subject-matter expert in cross-border payments data to effectively tailor solutions for client-specific use cases.
- Navigating and managing complex legal and procurement hurdles to secure long-term contracts.
- Manage enterprise-level client accounts with a track record of delivering consistent revenue.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with senior-level external and internal stakeholders.
- Navigate complex data sets and sell intelligence-based solutions rather than just software.
- Juggle multiple priorities with strong time management and high attention to detail.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable account management tactics.
- Experience in the FX, payments, or banking industries.
- Prior experience in customer success, presales, or onboarding for large financial institutions.
- 25 days holiday per annum (plus federal holidays), increasing to 26 days after 2 years of service

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Commercial team at FXC Intelligence. This role exists to nurture and expand our relationships with high-value enterprise clients, helping us to deliver strategic insights and data-driven growth for some of the world's largest financial institutions.
You will work closely with the VP Commercial, Business Development, and Client Operations teams and play a key role in driving revenue growth from our existing account base while ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our industry-leading intelligence.
