Develop and realize the design intent through the execution of the creative process and to whom you will report to.

You will report to the Principal Art Director.


This is a Casual Temporary or Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.


What You Will Do:


  • Participate in project's creative development
  • Develop and execute graphic designs for live shows and facility infrastructure as assigned
  • Partner with Consultant Graphic Designers and vendors to ensure Disney quality, compatibility of all graphic elements
  • Research and produce support artwork for design development and presentations

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2+ years of experience in the Entertainment or Visual Arts Industry working in show development and operation of live shows
  • Working knowledge of current technology and industry standards for all aspects of the graphic art, (theatrical, industrial, concert, touring, architectural, pop cultures) as applied to elements of live shows
  • Experience supporting the creative process by collaborating with other Designers, Directors, Writers and Producers
  • Have validated ability to deliver on a project's established scope, schedule and budget
  • General digital literacy including basic Adobe Cloud products and industry specific software
  • Proven dedication to ongoing personal education

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience crafting visual presentations
  • 2+ years experience in live show development with The Walt Disney Company
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Walt Disney culture

Education:


  • College degree or equivalent experience in art with focus on Graphic/Commercial Art Design
