Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed during food preparation
- Use basic math skills to accurately measure and portion ingredients
- Upsell additional menu items and promote specials to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
