Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage the endtoend proposal process, including coordinating with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information and resources
Develop proposal strategies and win themes to effectively communicate our value proposition
Write and edit proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client requirements
Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure quality and alignment with company standards
Track proposal progress and maintain documentation of all proposalrelated activities
Coordinate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability
Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Experience:

Proven experience in managing the proposal process, preferably in a similar industry or field
Strong business development skills with a track record of successful proposal submissions
Strategic planning abilities to develop winning proposals that align with client needs
Project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple proposals simultaneously
Proficient in analyzing profit loss statements and financial data for accurate pricing strategies
Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate value propositions and win new business
Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify areas for enhancement within the proposal process
Supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership skills in managing crossfunctional teams

Pay:
Up to $120,000.00 per year
