- Having the deep knowledge of enterprise technologies relevant to G&A functions such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), and financial management software.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders across various departments is crucial for understanding their requirements and explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems within the G&A domain and develop innovative solutions that leverage technology effectively.
- Skilled in managing organizational change associated with the implementation of new G&A systems or processes, including training and support for end-users.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to G&A functions, ensuring that technology solutions comply with legal and ethical standards.

- 5 or more years related work experience with at least 3 years of experience building, deploying and operating G&A-specific solutions.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and G&A technologies are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems and financial applications is strongly preferred.
- Hands on experience with Workday for HR is nice to have but not required.
- Strong communication skills, effective at explaining complex concepts to varied audiences and decision makers.
- Leader with ability to build relationships, inspire, grow, and coach others, and influence without authority.

We are hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation and optimization of the technology stack which supports our General & Administrative (G&A) functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business and IT architecture in this space, ensuring alignment with Bose's long-range vision, our evolving strategies and market needs.
In this role you will be responsible for defining and aligning technology solutions and roadmaps with key business objectives and KPIs across G&A.
You will closely partner with key business stakeholders across human resources, finance, legal, treasury, and IT functions to shape the corresponding technology strategy, build the architecture runway, and help plan the delivery of new and decommissioning of legacy capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the G&A domains, the value chain components G&A supports, and related business processes, industry trends, and best practices.
They will also build relationships and influence, grow collaborative partnerships across and outside the organization, mentor other team members, and consistently act as a catalyst for change.
