- Read and understand mechanical drawings
- Use manufacturers software
- Complete takeoffs from mechanical drawings
- Provide detailed quotes based on the takeoffs
- Price up all products represented by ADE
- Prepare detailed proposals
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction industry
- Computer skills preferred: Takeoff Software (PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, etc...), Microsoft Excel knowledge, Enterprise Resource Planning Software (Microsoft Navision)
- Other skills required: Organization, Ability to learn, High attention to detail
