Description
The Helm Truck and Equipment Division is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented person to join our team. The Vehicle/Equipment Parts Counter Sales Representative is responsible for counter sales and growing the outside customer base. Our facility services various vehicles and construction equipment for The Helm Group as well as for outside clients. This role will help achieving parts department goals, profitability, employee and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve parts sales and profit objectives.
  • Parts ordering and coordinate deliveries.
  • Provide estimates for customers and/or shop.
  • Core procedures.
  • Bin counts.
  • Telemarketing.
  • Departmental housekeeping.
  • Process incoming and outgoing parts shipments.
  • Complete all required training.

Skills:


  • Well developed organization skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • People skills necessary to interact in positive way with parts department team and customers.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the methods and materials used in parts department operations.
  • Computer skills.

Desired Qualifications:


  • A.S.E. parts certified.
  • 5 years experience in the truck parts field.
  • 5 years sales experience.
  • C.D.L. drivers license.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
