POSITION OVERVIEW
The LandCastle Title Group is looking for a Title Sales Representative to join our growing team.

LandCastle Title Group operates under several brands around the state of Florida and is backed by a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 Company, Fidelity National Financial.

We are looking for someone who is eager to grow new and existing relationships that turn into business.

Engages real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, and attorneys to obtain new business and foster existing clients through exceptional customer service and client outreach.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell title insurance settlement services through a consultative approach by assisting clients in reviewing the real estate transaction, the closing process, and developing plans all while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Completes at least 20 contacts per day (100 per week) by engaging prospects through online zoom workshops, inperson training events, telephone prospecting, coffee appointments, office dropins, and lunch meetings.
  • Networks with prospect clients both digitally and inperson to build new relationships and gain new business.
  • Delivers presentations to client groups, potential clients, agents, and others.
  • Works with internal partners including operations, escrow, and other sales reps.
  • Listens to customers and understands their needs and objectives to provide the best solution per their needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires 5+ years of experience selling in the title/escrow space.
  • Expertise in title insurance.
  • Strong book of business (with at least $30,000 in monthly revenue).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenues opportunities.
  • Understanding of market conditions with the ability to identify external competition and turn that into an opportunity.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
