    We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Superintendent.

    The Superintendent's responsibility is to supervise the construction of a project, or projects, and to complete the work with a high degree of quality, on schedule, and within the budget.

    Truck Allowance
    Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
    Scheduling and Coordination of all subcontractors, vendors, consultants, etc.
    Ensure all subcontractors adhere to safety policies and all OSHA regulations.
    Ensure all quality control standards are met.
    Coordination of all required inspections.
    Ensure the project stays on schedule. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly subcontractor meetings.
    Maintain good relationships with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors
    Must have 5+ years experience in relevant field/job
    Must be self-motivated and have the ability to stand alone on projects
