Community Family Services (CFS) is an outpatient behavioral health company that provides behavioral health services to children, adults, and seniors throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

We are currently looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions


Behavioral Health Technician Job Description:
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) provide direct supervision, behavior management, and strategic treatment interventions for CFS clients.

BHT's are an integral part of a treatment team that includes counselors, psychiatrists, nurses, and administrators, all of whom share a single vision of Community Family Services as a place of healing and hope.

Behavioral Health Technician REQUIREMENTS:

• Education and/or Previous Experience minimum education

required:
HS or GED+ 1 YEAR RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in behavioral health field
• Fluent in Spanish
• Valid AZ Driver license
• First Aid/ CPR certification
• Strong Computer Skills

- able to document session progress notes

• Must be 21+ years old

Pay based on experience and education


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
