Description
We are currently seeking friendly employees (m/f/d) for various clients in Goochland, VA to work as office assistants.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently responding to written customer inquiries
- Requesting documents such as consent forms, bank statements, etc.
- Processing invoice inquiries, payment terms, and credits
- Accepting, documenting, and completing service requests via email or chat
- Accepting and following up on complaints
Your profile:
- Excellent written and spoken German
- A commercial education is not a requirement
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work across teams
- High willingness to learn and strong ability to grasp new concepts
- Confident and friendly demeanor in customer interactions
- Commercial understanding and goaloriented work style
