As part of succession planning in our Service Invoicing department at our Dieburg location, we are looking for a dedicated


Service Invoicing Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time

Your responsibilities:


  • Checking the time recording of service technicians for plausibility and clarification in case of discrepancies
  • Creation of invoices (classic invoicing to customers), complex interim invoices and final invoices
  • Sending various documents to our customers
  • Ongoing coordination, correspondence and collaboration with technicians and departments (e.g. back office, accounting, warehouse)
  • Processing, monitoring and invoicing of existing maintenance contracts
  • Review and implementation of price revisions as well as preparation of all price adjustmentrelated information
  • Checking orderrelated documents, e.g. thirdparty invoices, service sales offers
  • Data analysis and maintenance, plausibility check of data, invoicing and creation of corrections
  • Hold code monitoring and support in clarification
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, related to service invoicing
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training or several years of experience in a similar position
