Position Overview:

Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and dispatching products to ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Order Preparation: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packaged.
  • Shipping Documentation: Generate and review shipping documents, including labels, packing slips, and invoices.
  • Carrier Coordination: Schedule and coordinate pickups with shipping carriers, ensuring timely and costeffective shipping solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by updating shipping and receiving logs.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and resolve any shippingrelated issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software and order management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
