Title:
Sr. Project Manager

Location:
Remote (up to 10% travel to Newark, NJ)

Fulltime

Responsibilities:


  • Manage large SAP projects.
  • Manage projects from business casetoimplementation.
  • Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
  • Lead design workshops, assessments, and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Lead endtoend technical fixes/implementation, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, software deployment, integration development, testing and deployment, data management, and vendor technical activities.
  • Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
  • Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and nontechnical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in largescale IT Project Management environment.

10 Years of experience in large SAP Projects:

Experience in Sitecore:


  • Experience in PMO processes and Stage gate process

  • Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
  • Must have handson experience developing resource loaded schedules.
  • Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
  • Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors.
  • Must have good experience identifying and managing risks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay:
$130, $150,000.00 per year
