MARKETING SPECIALIST

ANY PCB LOCATION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

supporting the Marketing plan and budget while maintaining the PCB brand through community engagement, social media activity, and graphic design.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Implements community outreach campaigns or events.
Coordinates all aspects of event management to include planning, logistics, vendor management, etc.

Enhances the PCB brand throughout the Virginia and West Virginia markets by building relationships with customers, community members, nonprofit leaders, and other key influencers.

Identifies opportunities, events, and community offerings where PCB should be represented.
Connects engagement opportunity to the appropriate teammates internally while also representing the company at various events.
Assists the Marketing Director in managing the bank's corporate contributions activity and community relations efforts.
Creates content and on-brand designs for the website and advertisements.
Contributes to the design and content strategies for social media.
Develop, produce, and distribute external and internal marketing communications.

Remains constantly aware of the bank's sales culture; actively makes sales referrals and encourages all segments of the market to use the PCB family of financial services.

Actively participates in community and civic organizations, as appropriate, to positively reflect the bank and the community.

As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities.

Works in tandem with the Marketing Director's overall plan and budget and keeps an open line of communication.

QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer a four-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Prefer a minimum of one year of professional marketing experience.
Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficiency with Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Possess the ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach. Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in tandem with sales and other departments within the bank.
Maintain working knowledge of bank policies and procedures, as well as bank marketing regulations.

Hourly
