The community of Waldbronn (population) is seeking a HEAD OF THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT (M/F/D) for a full-time position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Leading the Technical Department and managing a team of approximately 15 employees, as well as overseeing the external departments (greenhouse, construction yard, and caretaker) * Developing the Technical Department for future success and strategizing its direction * Responsible for reporting and controlling * Managing the department's internal accounting and developing it into a tool for management and control * Improving process and project management * Representing the department externally (including attending meetings with political committees) * Coordinating with other departments.
