- Perform daily walk-throughs of all guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Inspect all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in each room and common area to ensure they are in good working order
- Report any safety hazards and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to resolve any deficiencies or special requests in guest rooms
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure all safety regulations, hotel policies, and procedures are followed
- Provide guests with information on hotel services and amenities
- Stay up-to-date on all hotel policies and procedures as well as local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities
- Monitor room inventory and occupancy rates
- Ability to inspect hotel rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact with guests and hotel staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Ability to identify potential hazards
- Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
