As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of IT to lead our technology team and drive our IT strategy to new heights.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Head of IT to oversee our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and contributes to our continued success.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and the ability to drive innovation within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, networks, and data.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the financial technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing IT budgets and resources effectively.
