The
SOC Dispatch Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.


Position Requirements:


  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Intermediate computer / technology skills needed
  • Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
  • Professional verbal / written communication skills
  • Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must have 2nd and 3rd shift availability
  • 23 Years Security experience
