Your Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will always be available to assist our customers and initiate immediate measures at the scene of an accident
You will gather all relevant data regarding the damage and accident process over the phone
You will assess the extent and complexity of a damage and verify the claimed damages in terms of cause and amount
You will quickly and skillfully coordinate necessary service providers, providing reassurance to your conversation partner
You will use your knowledge to continuously improve our processes

Your Profile

You have experience in automotive damage processing and claims settlement, or several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
You have a commercial education, for example as an insurance salesman (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), training for office communication, commercial employee (m/f/d), retail salesperson (m/f/d)
You enjoy customer contact over the phone
You have excellent communication skills with empathy, professionalism, and goal orientation
You can keep track of things even in hectic situations, are organized and structured
You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of initiative
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus
IT affinity ("paperless office")
