Senior Consultant HR Service Management & Operating Model (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Development of a target operating model in close collaboration with international subsidiaries to optimize HR touchpoints for employees across all locations
Analysis and redesign of HR service delivery processes to improve efficiency, user-friendliness, and accessibility
Training and support of HR teams and employees in subsidiaries on the use of new HR service management processes. This is based on the ServiceNow cloud solution as well as innovative chatbot and AI tools, in which you will be involved in the implementation
Measurement and reporting on the performance of HR services to promote continuous improvements

Your profile

Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of (HR, IT, or enterprise) service management, ideally in an international environment
