Key Responsibilities:


This position will lead a team of auditors to record and report on Agent On Demand (AOD) performance management, United Cabin Security/Cleanliness quality assurance and Business Partner support across the system.

This leader coordinates development, and execution of AO related Audits. Manages all AO Quality Control Representative assignments related to AOD and United Cabin Security/Cleanliness quality control audits (7 days/week)

  • Supports other AO Quality Control assignments outside of AOD and Cabin Security/Cleanliness audits including Financial control and requested ad hoc audits
  • The focus of all audits is validating that stations are meeting established guidelines specific to safety, policy and procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Ensures performance reviews are conducted with local leadership following completion of station audits and that measurable performance action plans are put in place to drive performance improvement
  • Actively supports the team in the development, implementation and maintenance of all quality control audit program requirements, processes, and reporting systems to support station accountability
  • Leads employees by motivation, mentorship and accountability for individual performance
  • Develops employees through counseling, coaching and career planning forums
  • Responsible for setting objectives, developing goals and handling performance evaluation process for direct reports

NOTE:

This position can be based at any of our United Airline Hubs and is considered as a hybrid work-schedule working on 2-3 days in office schedule, however, that may evolve with the needs of the company.


Qualifications:


What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years aviation experience
  • Motivated individual that has proven problem solving and decisionmaking ability in large, multilevel department environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills: including written and verbal
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • 85% travel required
