Full and Part Time for FEDERAL LOCATIONS
Westmoreland Protection Agency, Inc., an industry leading security company is seeking experienced UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS for the VA Healthcare System in San Diego County
La Jolla.
Duties include visitor and employee screening, foot and access patrol of designated areas, access and egress control, traffic control and performing other duties as directed.
Essential job functions include:
- Working 812 hour shifts
- Afternoon, Overnight, Weekends and Holidays May be Required
- Work under occasional tension or pressure;
- Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping;
- Respond to life threatening or emergency situations;
- Other related duties.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND TRAINING:
- Must have a California Security Guard License
- Must have a High School Diploma
- 1 years Security Experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE A CURRENT CALIFORNIA STATE GUARD CARD:
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must be Clean shaven
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must successfully pass a Federal background check and drug screen
- Must have excellent
ENGLISH communications skills (verbal and written)'
