Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct client intake interviews to assess eligibility for Social Security Disability benefits.
  • Gather and review medical records, employment history, and other relevant documentation to build strong cases.
  • Prepare and submit appeals, requests for reconsideration, and other necessary paperwork on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients at hearings before Administrative Law Judges, presenting evidence and arguments in support of their claims.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate case files and documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in SSDI regulations and policies.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Security Disability Advocate.
  • Strong understanding of SSDI regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
  • EDPNA certification preferred but not required.
