(TTI) is seeking a Live-In House Manager to oversee the Allentown Recovery House (which has operated since 1992 and is an all-male facility).

The House Manager will have a private apartment within the house provided at no cost, plus full use of a recently remodeled kitchen.

The House Manager will receive a bi-weekly stipend of $350, and can be employed elsewhere while still fulfilling duties at the recovery house.

Up to 11 adult men reside in the house (all pursuing their addiction recovery while working). We welcome individuals in recovery to assume this unique position.

The major responsibilities of this position include:

• coordinating resident admissions and discharges;

- collecting rent payments;
- ensuring adherence to program rules;
- facilitating weekly house meetings.

• The House Manager must utilize the Electronic Health Record to complete required documentation, and is responsible for conducting urinalysis testing as needed
