- Instructors will be responsible for the full cycle of lesson development/planning, instruction, and student assessment. Instruction will include developing student's skills in speaking, listening, and reading.
- Italian Instructors will provide Italian language instruction across proficiency levels, develop, deliver and maintain appropriate lesson plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced classes, facilitate classes that focus on real-world scenarios.
- Provide students with constructive feedback, consult and collaborate with customers on organization needs. Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the foreign language Instruction.
- Candidates must possess native or near native competency in the Italian language.
- Candidates must possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Language Training, assessing student proficiency, developing instructional curricula, integrating current technology and cultural understanding.
- Experience in using SharePoint and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in English, Foreign Language, or Education.
- Overseas experience in the target language, versed multiple teaching methods.
- Subject matter expertise in International Relations, Counterterrorism, Economics, Legal/Law, Military, Narcotics, Science & Technology, Literature and Cross-cultural studies are highly desirable. Work Environment
- Travel OCONUS on a TDY basis is a requirement for some of the languages under this program.
- Candidates must be able to support the program 24/7 when on travel.
