- Coordinate with service coordinators and families to assist families in accessing funding resources to cover autism treatments
- Submit billing/utilization reports from all clinicians to PAC, service coordinators and DMH
- Reconcile utilization of units and follow-up with accounts whose plans have lapsed
- Complete billing reports for funding agents
- Coordinate with scheduling assistant, clinical staff, and director to assign clients from the waitlist to appropriate services
- Complete initial interview to determine the best services to provide through the center
- Assist the diagnostic team by completing intake interviews for diagnostic purposes
- Master's degree in clinical social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Licensed in the state of Missouri to practice within the candidate's field of behavioral health
- 1 year of experience working with the Department of Mental Health Division of Developmental Disabilities or with individuals with autism spectrum disorder/developmental disabilities
- Ability to establish collaborative partnerships within the University and among regional service providers including Department of Mental Health and targeted case management agencies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
