What you can expect

As a member of the Global PXBP team, you will create project plans, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include making recommendations to PXBP leaders, identifying critical problems, and prioritizing and planning the portfolio of work. Additionally, you will champion the team culture, support communications, cross-team collaboration initiatives, and lead change management efforts.

We support Zoom's overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.

What we're looking for

Be able to demonstrated experience in partnering with cross functional teams for HR tools deployment
Be able to create and form relationships with key stakeholders to drive enablement of programs
Be able to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions and prioritize risks and issues
Be able to demonstrated the experience to apply in-depth knowledge of employee experience and understanding of the PXBP role

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$76,800.00

Maximum:
$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
