About the role:

Responsibilities:

Train, motivate, and coach a distributed BDR team
Meet and exceed your own quota (50% of a BDR's) and lead by example
Ensure the BDR team meets and exceeds monthly performance goals
Collaborate with BDRs to develop a scalable Mews BD playbook for each region
Maintain a consistent coaching process through 1:1 sessions and group call clinics
Monitor and assist BDRs in using the CRM to report key metrics and optimize workflows
Proactively drive productivity increases through efficiencies, systems, and initiatives
Conduct onboarding for new BDR hires and assist in improving training materials and procedures
Take initiative to shape the future of the department through key initiatives, insights, and project management
Maximize the value of our software by maintaining clean CRM processes, effectively using key tools
